Our Philosophy
Training Philosophy -
Our goal is to challenge your soccer player to reach beyond their current state to play at a higher level than they ever have before. We focus on each player's needs and target the areas they need to enhance, whether those are weak areas, or strong areas. We want to diminish the amount of weaknesses a player has, and increase the speed and efficiency of the skills they already have. Can they be better than anyone else at a certain skill? We want to them to strive for this!

Futsal Philosophy
Key points that make Futsal most effective:
Philosophy of In-House Leagues -
"Each player is required to challenge him/herself to be more attack minded, skillful and confident on the ball going to goal!"
Key points that make Futsal most effective:
- Less Players on the Field - allows players more frequent touches on the ball and increased opportunities to score goals.
- 4 field players will allow players to pass the ball back to a supporting player, which is much more like the 11v11 game.
- Players must defend and attack resulting in a much better all-round understanding of the game.
- The Futsal Ball has less bounce, so it tends to stay in play longer and promote close ball control.
- The repetition of learning to think and react quickly in tight spaces allows Futsal players to react well under pressure.
- Players are also constantly placed in demanding decision making situations in enclosed areas which teaches ‘quick passing and moving’, along with creativity & savvy.
- Futsal quickly develops: balance, motor ability, agility and coordination, ball mastery, accurate and quick passing and receiving, perception insight and awareness.
- Futsal is fast and action packed. Fitness is improved while learning and having fun.
- It is exciting, many goals are scored and the game is devoid of complex rules such as offside and overly physical challenges.
- Players learn to score on a goalkeeper which transfers better to the outdoor game. (U8-9 No Goalkeepers)
Philosophy of In-House Leagues -
"Each player is required to challenge him/herself to be more attack minded, skillful and confident on the ball going to goal!"
- We will encourage players to take on opposing players: 1v1, 1v2, 1v3, 1v4!
- We will encourage players to shoot from everywhere all the time!
- We will encourage players to try, learn from their mistakes, and then try again, and again, and again!
- We will be discouraging negative play, fouling and kick ball tactics.
- We will not have permanent teams, or list team standings.
